2. Products and Services

We manufacture and sell custom self-service terminal equipment, including card readers, control modules, software tools, and kiosk terminals. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

For custom OEM/ODM projects, additional terms may apply and will be specified in a separate agreement.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders placed through our website are processed via PayPal for secure payment.
• Product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are specified on each product page.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• For bulk orders and custom projects, we offer milestone-based payment terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, and sea freight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bulk orders. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for details.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
• Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayPal.
• Return shipping costs for defective items are borne by Boao Intelligence.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, please contact sales@boaozn.com with your order number and description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and software, is the property of Boao Intelligence and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
