Shipping Methods
We ship our self-service terminal products worldwide from our facility in Shenzhen, China. We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- DHL Express: 3-7 business days delivery. Ideal for samples and small orders. Door-to-door tracking included.
- FedEx International: 3-7 business days delivery. Reliable service for North America and Europe.
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): 20-40 days delivery. Cost-effective for bulk orders and heavy equipment.
- Air Freight: 5-10 business days. For urgent bulk orders that need faster delivery than sea freight.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Destination country and region
- Selected shipping method
- Order quantity
For online orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For bulk orders and custom projects, shipping costs are quoted separately based on your specific requirements.
Processing Time
- In-stock products: Shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order products: 2-4 weeks production time, then shipped.
- Custom OEM/ODM projects: Timeline specified in your project agreement.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable duties.
We can provide commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate customs clearance. For specific documentation requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it under the following conditions:
- 30-Day Return Window: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Defective Items: Full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Items: Full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: Custom-made products are non-returnable. Standard products may be returned in original condition with a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is borne by the buyer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@boaozn.com with your order number and description of the issue.
- Include photos or videos of the defect if applicable.
- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization within 2 business days.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the Return Authorization.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayPal. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank and PayPal's processing time, typically 3-10 business days.
